My love song to Montréal - the place I've called home for over twenty years. A great home base - a beautiful trap.

Because we had 4 hours to practice and record together for the live session at Banff Centre and this was the third song, there was only about 30 minutes left on the clock to capture this one...

We started from the top and I was playing the baritone and about 1/4 of the way in I stopped abruptly and declared something like "blech! It just doesn't sound right on the uke..." Howard suggested I switch to piano and we try more of a Buddy Holly type treatment. BOOM! That is what you're hearing! Kev was especially excited to put on the tubular bells...
